Refund & Returns Policy

ASA Peptides supplies products strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the nature of our products and the requirement to maintain quality control and integrity, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.
By placing an order with ASA Peptides, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
Research Products – No Returns
For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of peptide products once they have been dispatched.
Peptides are sensitive research materials and cannot be resold or reused once they have left our control. As such, all peptide sales are considered final.
Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We will, of course, make things right if there is an issue on our end.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
You received an incorrect product, or
Your order arrived damaged in transit
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived and is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer:
A replacement shipment, or
A full refund
Delivery issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
Incorrect products ordered by the customer
Incorrect quantities selected at checkout
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
